Hello and welcome! We are delighted to introduce to you the Costa Blanca North, one of the most popular and most breathtaking regions in Spain.  With around 300 days of sunshine each year, the golden beaches and crystal clear Mediterranean waters provide a lifestyle that is pretty near perfect.
 The area stretches over 200 kilometres from Alicante in the south to Valencia to the north, and is stunningly beautiful.  It is a place that is full of surprises, where the traditional and the modern co-exist in perfect harmony.
Rugged coves and sheltered beaches are home to both quaint old harbours and modern marinas; the wonderful towns of Calpe, Denia, Javea and Oliva are pleasantly typical of the area and you will find many attractive developments there to catch your eye.
Costa Blanca North is simply the perfect backdrop to live in the sun.  The hot summers and mild winters mean you can be outdoors all year round- the climate has the reputation of alleviating health problems such as rheumatism, asthma and allergies.
There is certainly no shortage of things to do.  If you are not beachcombing, swimming or sailing, you can take a trip inland to one of the sleepy old villages, untouched by time.  Visit Castalla with its medieval castle and narrow, twisting centuries-old streets.  Enjoy spectacular views at Ibi, and Xixona, or at the historic village of Guadalest , perched high above the sea.

And did we mention golf? If that is what you are into, welcome to paradise.  You will find everything from challenging nine or eighteen hole courses, and in Alicante region alone you could play a different course every month of the year!

The rich culture of the Costa Blanca North is evident everywhere.  Time-honoured customs and traditions are kept alive, not least as a result of the festive nature and hospitality of the locals.  Colourful, exuberant fiestas; processions, floats and fireworks – every village pays tribute to its past in the most colourful ways.  There is always something to celebrate, enabling you to be part of the vitality and delights of the region.
