This superb and long established business is located opposite to the beach in one of the busiest spots on Mojacar Playa. In the same ownership for many years this is a popular eating place for local people and regular tourists of all nationalities.

There is an extremely well designed service area with access from the bar, the kitchen and the dining area. The owner tells us that this is invaluable during busy times.
The equipment within the restaurant and bar is to numerous to mention here, all equipment has regularly been serviced and replaced as necessary, consequently it is all in tip top condition.
The real bonus with the business is that there is a basement, the same size as the restaurant (130 sq metres) with direct access from both the restaurant and from outside at the rear of the premises. The double garage doors enable the suppliers to make all the deliveries to here. The owners have built a large store room with its own shower room down in this area. It would of course be possible to utilise this area to expand the business if required.
In order to negotiate a particularly reasonable rent for the size of the premises (1,800 euros per month) and a secure lease the current owners have always paid the rent annually in advance. Naturally the landlords are keen to continue with this arrangement.
Ill health is forcing the lovely Spanish owners to take early retirement, they are therefore offering the business at the almost ridiculously low price of 60,000 euros to ensure a quick sale. Our advice, if you are interested in this business, move quickly.
